    Was sold a fake product in this shop. When I tried to return counterfeit item for a refund I was laughed at by shop owners and refused one. They quickly turned very nasty. Disgusting customer service. You can find products cheaper and better quality elsewhere. Avoid this shop if you want a nice experience & good quality products. Would advise anyone to shop ANYWHERE ELSE. There are plenty of other options in Llandudno nearby. I also heard they shortchanged an elderly customer by £10 after speaking to local residents about the place. Wish I had heard the rumours before stepping into the horrible little shop. I had the misfortune of deciding to shop here. NEVER AGAIN - AVOID!!!
